Laughing away with the staff of Club Fiji Resort were Ante and his wife Dhyra who came to Fiji to celebrate their first (1st) wedding anniversary. Wow wouldn’t you think that this is a romantic way to spend your first year of marriage…I know I would…
They were in Fiji for 3 weeks and were staying all around the island until they concluded at Club Fiji Resort. They spent 1 week of their holidays at our resort.
When asked how they felt about the resort, they said “the resort is so different from any other places that we have been to so far. It’s the atmosphere that is so nice and relaxing. The resort has a culturally Fijian aspect and that’s something very unique”.
They really liked the idea of the thatched bures all around the resort. It gave the whole resort a traditional Fijian aspect. They really loved the service of the staff and the whole idea of a peaceful climate around the resort.
“We don’t go for the classy five star hotel services, the thing that matters the most for us is the comfort and the hospitality that we are getting and we must say that Club Fiji Resort has it all”.
The couple had gone to Suva, saw the Fiji Museum and the Parliament complex. Then they had gone to Sigatoka, and then came to Nadi. They had gone for the Robinson Crusoe trip and they had an awesome time during the tour. These are some of the events that they had witnessed:-
- Traditional Kava Ceremony when they arrived at the Island
- Fire Dancing
- Knife Dancing
- They did Snorkelling and got to see the different varieties of local fishes.
“We have yet again planned to come to Fiji and that will be very soon”. This was the last statement that they had made before departing for their country. Ni Sa Moce (Farewell) Ante and Dhyra.
