Yum Yum Yum…Try out the newest inclusion in the desert menu of Club Fiji Resort

This new inclusion will just melt you away with the tantalizing taste that serves your taste buds. It is called Pana Cotta, an Italian desert that was just recently included in the desert menu by the owner herself, Mrs. Bullock. Cooked with coconut cream, it gives you a different taste from the other types of Pana Cotta.

 

These are the ingredients used to make the desert:

 

2× 2g leaves of Gelatin

300ml of Coconut Cream

115g Caster Sugar

100ml Full Fat Milk

50ml Buttermilk

Vegetable oil, to grease

Small dices of Pineapple and Mint leaves, for garnish

 

Now that is just delicious eats…
